Danielle Farah Ziade published an article entitled “Processing of Personal Data by Arbitrators in the Arbitration Procedure according to European and Brazilian Data Protection Laws”, co-authored with Flávia Bittar, in the work “Arbitragem e Processo – Homagem ao Professor Carlos Alberto Carmona – Volume I ”.
The book is composed by a large team of authors, who came together to pay honour to one of the authors of the Brazilian Arbitration Law and Professor at the USP Law School, Carlos Alberto Carmona.
